We try our best to make everything convenient and simple as possible on your wedding day. The rooms, kitchen, reception, and outdoor areas are all included with the rental.
Booking Your Event
We require a non-refundable deposit (half your package price) up front to hold the date of your event. Everything must be paid in full within 40 days of the event date.

-Security must be provided if alcohol is present.
-Alcohol is an extra $100 in all packages plus $35 an hour for the police officer. CANNOT provide your own security.
If you have over 150 people two officers must be provided. 5 hour maximum. Cannot drink at rehearsals, day before or day after.
What's Included with Venue Rental
-Brides will have 2 hours for bridal portraits to be taken on property before their wedding day with their photographer.

-All wedding parties will have 1 hour to use the property for rehearsal the week of the
wedding. (Made by appointment)
-Each package will include staff on hand to answer any questions you may have and supervise. Staff is not present to decorate, cut cakes, serve food or alcohol.
-Staff on hand to change toiletry items during the reception and take out trash.
-12, 60" round tables & chairs for 96 seated guests. (Linen must be rented)
(Our barn accommodates more then enough space for 200 people, but if you need more then 96 chairs and 12 tables you will have to furnish them yourself along with the linens for them.)
-Outside deck that overlooks the ceremony site and koi pond.
-2 long Buffet/food tables
-Move-able drink Bar.
-Large solid cedar cake table.
-Various tables and cedar ladder for decorations/gifts/signage/etc.
-Furnished kitchen with sink, two refrigerators, one stove and microwave.
-Dressing rooms for both men and women. Plenty of mirrors, counter space and outlets for the women.
-Handicap accessible restroom in the barn.
-Air conditioned/Heated Barn w/ fireplace
-Outdoor chapel; benches included
